This introductory class is designed for beginners and those needing a basic refresher. Students will explore the basis of yoga, develop strength, balance, and flexibility, and experience the peace of mind yoga promises. In this class, you will cover fundamental poses, learn diaphragmatic breathing, focus on grounding and alignment, and begin to practice meditation.
On Mon, 9/23/24, class will meet from 7:30-8:30pm.
