Designed for ages 8-14 years to work on strength, flexibility & comfort in their changing bodies while relieving the stress & anxiety of daily life. Students learn techniques to calm the mind & release tension. Yoga & meditation help regulate their mental & emotional states, which in turn promotes better focus, clarity, and creativity. Tweens leave feeling calm, relaxed and more confident!
