Come experience the healing power of sound through Vedic Chanting with the ancient Peace Chants. Vedic chanting has many benefits, including a focused mind and focused attention, enhanced memory and creativity, improved breath capacity, strengthened immune system, and reduced mental agitation. This class will begin with a gentle asana and pranayama practice to prepare the body, mind, and breath for chanting.
