Yin Flow is a combination of yin yoga & vinyasa flow practice. Class includes long deep stretches to release tension in the fascia combined with dynamic movements that will feel organic, peaceful & energizing. A grounding practice of active & gentle movements, breath work & meditation that supports creating flexibility while building strength & endurance. Bring a blanket/towel, blocks, & strap.
