Meditation can be difficult to do on your own. Finding a meditation group provides the encouragement for developing a consistent practice. Each week you will be guided thru a different meditation, focusing on breath, mantra, visualization & body scan.
Whether you are new or a seasoned meditator, you will feel a real connection with others as we sit together & meditate.
