Many suffer from SI joint pain, which causes low back pain, sciatica, and muscle tightness. The SI joint absorbs shock, transferring load from the upper to lower body. Dysfunction can result from excessive or insufficient movement. In this workshop, you'll learn body awareness and proper alignment to reduce pain with a relaxing, gentle practice and meditation. AND receive a home practice to strengthen and stretch muscles.
